The challenge

Michael Botello-Steenson had a previously established brand that we were determined to keep alive, all while upgrading and re-imagining the online experience for his customers.

Botello Collection was originally using Squarespace, which wasn’t bringing in the expected visitors and leads to the business.

Botello partnered with Waves Digital to enhance their website design and digital experience and settled on a 5-Day Dream Website.

Time Management

As a part of the 5-Day Dream Website, we had 5 days to create a new design and build his dream website.

User Testing

We tested our design with his target audience, males in a professional industry that are required to wear suits, on the usability and user experience that our layout provides.

Market Research

We researched trends and other designs found in the industry and location of his business. Our final design reflects the bespoke Toronto man who is looking for not only custom suits but a luxurious experience.

Our team worked closely with Michael to ensure his brand was being represented exactly how he wanted.

A Flawless User Experience Design

We found that users who are looking for a custom suit want a smooth experience. The bigger the purchase, the better the experience generally needs to be. Our users are looking for an experience as nice as their suit.

Brand Stability

Botello had a previously established brand so we had to maintain the essence of what Michael had already built while creating a new website experience. We kept the branding (colours, fonts, etc) while improving the design and user experience of the website.

Web & Mobile Development

As more and more people move to online experiences, mobile traffic accounts for over 50% of all website visits. We know Botello’s clients will be visiting via mobile one time or another, and it was important for us to showcase the brand seamlessly, regardless of if customers are viewing from their phones, tablets or desktops.
